Interpreting Emotions | OBESITY | part 1/5
I was recording the OBESITY video & realized that it is soooo long that I have to split it up into smaller videos. Basically if you were trying to lose weight for a really long time and you don’t know why nothing works for you maybe you should try to understand what kind of thoughts and emotions can be causing you not moving forward with your progress.
Have fun. Don’t take it too serious. Stay positive & even if there are days that you feel low, accept yourself & be nice to yourself anyway. We all have days like this it just depends on us if we do something about it or not.
